Nguyen Hoang My Linh

My Linh is an ecosystem builder and facilitator with more than 5 years of working experience in social innovation and entrepreneurship for sustainability across Southeast Asia.

 

Prior to her leading experience in Asia-Pacific Youth Exchange Program Vietnam, My Linh designs and facilitates social projects for social innovators and entrepreneurs for the design firm Tandemic in Malaysia. 

At UNDP Asia-Pacific, My Linh was the youth engagement and partnership consultant to the regional entrepreneurship initiative Youth Co:Lab, which aims to position young people front and centre in solving the region’s most pressing social challenges.

Bui Quang Hieu

Hieu was born in Vietnam’s capital Hanoi. Inspired by the vibrant diversity of cultures and new ideas, Hieu joined several projects focusing on personal and social development. He is the delegation and marketing manager for the Asia Pacific Youth Exchange Program (APYE) in Vietnam, overseeing the delegate recruitment process and content creation of APYE Vietnam. 

 

Having a flair and passion for video-making, technology, and cooking, Hieu spends his spare time improving editing skills and creating content for a Youtube channel where he shares cooking recipes and personal stories.

Tran Ha Giang

 

Giang is a Vietnamese born and bred. Intrigued by the enriched diversity of cultures, Giang embarked on a cross-continental exploration, working in five countries in Europe and Asia in five years. Her latest position is the regional product marketing manager for the giant appliance maker Electrolux Professional, overseeing the launch of one of the most profitable product ranges in the company's portfolio in Southeast Asia.

Passionate about reading, writing, and learning languages, Giang spends her free time reading voraciously and maintaining a blog where she writes about short stories and life reflection.

Nguyen Manh Cuong (Nick)

Graduated in Tourism Management, Nick has been focusing on the application of sustainability theory, especially in the tourism industry.

 

Having an opportunity to join the APYE program as a delegate, he was inspired to act on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals throughout Social Innovation. He is now working for APYE to help reiterate the importance of youth empowerment in  community development.

 

To Nick, his everyday job is a meaningful journey that takes him to the sphere of social impact work, allowing him to he meet young people with their inspiring stories, innovative ideas and impactful projects.

Tran Do Phuong Uyen

Uyen is passionate about Education, Youth Empowerment and Community Development. Her goals are to connect people, provide practical learning experiences and opportunities that empower generations to fulfill their potential & drive the world forward.

She has been working as a Content and Partnership Manager at Asia Pacific Youth Exchange Vietnam to help youth, especially those in remote areas, have better access to global opportunities. And to help local communities develop their capacity to build grassroots impact.

 

Prior to APYE, Uyen has been leading the social project ECHO. ECHO provides free English classes and workshops focusing on soft skills and social issues for the underprivileged children in Ho Chi Minh city.

Tran Thi Hien

 

APYE Finance Manager, Hien, was born in Da Nang, a beautiful coastal city embraced by the East Sea. Graduated from Victoria University in 2015, Hien has diverse working experiences in both private and non-profit sectors.

 

Hien worked for the world-largest not-for-profit, student-run organization AIESEC for four years, followed by  3+ years in the healthcare industry in a multinational company. She is currently serving as the finance analyst for an international hospital in Vietnam.

 

Working with top management offers Hien opportunities to learn and communicate with many stakeholders with different leadership styles, sharpening her strong acumen as well as flexibility with different organizational agendas.
